My first run over 4000m.
I did not push really hard as i have to get used to the height first.
I finished happy after 3 Kilometers (!) with a great view over La Paz and the Mountains around.
I could not really find a way but i met a man who also runs and who will show me some routes around here.

So i hopefully can increase my training soon.
